Getting Started Tips
New to Uptown Cycle, or cycling classes in general? No worries! No matter where you’re at on your fitness journey, Uptown Cycling classes are modifiable for any fitness level.
Arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class. You’ll need to sign a waiver before your first ride and get acquainted with the studio.
Your instructor will help you set up your bike for a proper fit. Once your bike feels comfortably adjusted to you, take note of your seat height and reach numbers for future use.
Bring Your Stuff
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your class, as well as shoes for cycling the bike. Athletic shoes are fine, or you may bring clip-in shoes. No street shoes, please.
Hand towels are provided in the studio (you’re going to get sweaty!), as well as chilled lavender towels for cooling down after class.

Ride The Rhythm
The name says it all! This class is an elaborate arrangement of different types of climbs and sprints that are bound to make you glisten. Take your fitness to the next level with this full-body workout, strictly off the bike. HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a 30-minute strength circuit followed by ab work and guided stretching. Cycling & Conditioning Class
High-Intensity, full-body cycle workout that incorporates full-body dynamic movements to push your limits using dumbbells, varied intervals and multi-directional movements that help develop more cardiovascular conditioning and functional strength. Dedicate yourself to 45-minutes of "get up and go" to set the tone of your arranged engagements.
